Job Description

• •Assemble instrument transformers according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• •Utilize hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches to complete assembly tasks.
• •Ensure all components are properly aligned, calibrated, and installed according to quality standards.
• •Conduct inspections and tests to verify conformance with specifications and quality requirements.
• •Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• •Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production goals and resolve any assembly issues.
• •Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

QAULIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• •High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in mechanical assembly is preferred.
• •Proven experience as a general assembler or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• •Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches.
• •Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assembly work.
• •Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• •Basic computer skills for data entry and accessing work instructions.

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS

• •Previous experience specifically in assembling instrument transformers or similar electrical equipment.
