NuProduce Solutions is hosting a Hiring Event at our Bowling Green, OH facility, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team!

• Date: October 15
• Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Location: NuProduce Solutions – Bowling Green, OH

Position: General Labor – Food Processing

• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Shift: First Shift | Monday–Saturday | 6:00 AM – Finish
• Starting Pay: $17.00/hour , based on experience
• Note: Saturdays may be required.

What You’ll Do

As a General Labor team member, you may be responsible for:

• •Working in a cooler/food-processing environment
• •Operating machinery on the production line
• •Cutting, peeling, and sorting fresh fruits and vegetables
• •Meeting daily production goals
• •Following GMP and food safety practices
• •Cleaning and maintaining production equipment
• •Communicating quality or production concerns to supervisors and managers
• •Working collaboratively as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• •Ability to communicate effectively in English
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• •Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• •Dependable and accountable work ethic
• •Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing work environment
• •Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• •Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus
• •Reliable transportation
