Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsability:

• •Performing General Ledger accounting activities and financial document processing
• •Ensuring accuracy and completeness of General Ledger postings, including accruals, provisions, and payroll entries
• •Conducting Balance Sheet reconciliations and account analysis
• •Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
• •Preparing financial reports, KPIs, and management information
• •Executing internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting policies
• •Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Record-to-Report and other finance functions
• •Investigating and resolving accounting queries and discrepancies
• •Driving continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• •Maintaining accounting procedures and process documentation
• •Working in SAP S/4HANA and other finance-related system

Your Skills and Expertise:

• •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• •Experience in accounting and financial processes
• •Knowledge of IFRS and accounting best practices
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel functionalities
• •Fluent English communication skills (B2 or higher)
• •Continuous improvement and growth mindset
• •Curiosity and openness to new technologies and automation solutions
• •Team-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills
• •Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment
