• Lead product quality and customer experience initiatives across a high-scale cards and financial services ecosystem.
• In this role, you will act as a key guardian of the quality of card products and services, ensuring customer-impacting issues are addressed effectively and sustainably.
• You will lead incident governance, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action plans across multiple teams.
• The position combines data-driven decision-making with regulatory and customer experience indicators such as RDR, DR, CR, and NPS.
• You will work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Regulation, and Customer Experience teams, influencing outcomes without direct hierarchical authority.
• The role provides strong visibility with senior leadership and requires the ability to translate complex operational data into clear priorities and actionable plans.
• You will operate in a fast-paced financial technology environment where continuous improvement, quality, and customer experience are central to product evolution.
