• Take ownership of contract management for major hydroelectric projects across Québec, from bidding through execution, project closeout, and warranty.
• You will act as a key commercial expert, shaping contractual strategies that directly influence project success, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
• The role combines contract expertise, negotiation, risk management, and close collaboration with project and commercial teams.
• You will help identify contractual risks and opportunities while protecting commercial interests and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Working across clients, suppliers, subcontractors, legal teams, procurement, and project leadership, you will contribute to complex decisions and negotiations.
