Key Responsibilities:

  • Gestor(a) de Desarrollo Integral
  • Sede: San Fernando, Ocotepeque

Requisitos

Formación universitaria y/o técnica en Ciencias Sociales, Pedagogía, Agronomía o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo dos años de experiencia en gestión y movilización de voluntariado comunitario.
  • Mínimo un año de experiencia en desarrollo local, implementación de proyectos comunitarios y fortalecimiento del tejido social.

Habilidades

  • Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas y comunicación digital.
  • Empoderamiento y fortalecimiento de grupos comunitarios.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente y habilidad para manejar vehículo 4x4 y motocicleta.
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).
  • Facilitación de metodologías participativas con niñez, adolescencia y juventud.
