• - Business growth Staffing and talent management Operating excellence and rigor Employer of choice Understanding of business planning, OP, finance, business model, cost and price structure, and how does the business make money Understanding of client business, relationship skills, and knowledge of outsourcing value chain Experience in working with senior leaders, generating trust and collaboration Understanding of risk assessment, mitigation, employee communication, and project management Industry & business perspective Organization design, global perspective, roles, and responsibilities, how to make the matrix work Experience working in a boundary less environment using influence and distributed leadership Managing a network of relationships based on functional depth, business understanding, trust, and credibility Large scale geographically dispersed execution, appreciation of cultural diversity, understanding of human resource management concepts Experience in working closely with operating leaders, coaching, and culture-building Experience in leading a team of HR professionals
