About the Role

As Global Demand Excellence Manager, you will drive the evolution of Demand Management across Health & Medical. This role focuses on transforming planning capabilities, advancing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) maturity, accelerating digital innovation, and enabling the adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Working across global teams, you will connect business needs, planning standards and technology capabilities to build a more data-driven, efficient and future-ready Demand Management organization. You will lead the transformation of processes, capabilities and ways of working that enable long-term business success, collaborating with the Regional Demand Managers to deliver operational planning activities.

What You Will Do

• •Demand Planning Excellence: Develop and continuously improve global Demand Management frameworks, standards and performance methodologies to strengthen planning maturity across business units.
• •Digital & AI Transformation: Identify, pilot and scale AI-powered solutions, predictive analytics and automation opportunities that enhance forecasting quality, decision-making and productivity.
• •Process Innovation: Challenge existing practices and create a structured pipeline of innovations that improve planning effectiveness and business value.
• •Capability Development: Build and lead global learning programs, competency frameworks and communities of practice to strengthen Demand Management capabilities worldwide.
• •Transformation Leadership: Lead strategic improvement initiatives and support the implementation and continuous evolution of planning technologies, including SAP IBP capabilities.
• •Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT, Data Science and global process teams to define priorities, roadmaps and future planning requirements.
• •Performance Improvement: Measure adoption, maturity and value creation, ensuring initiatives deliver tangible impact on growth, agility, service and profitability.

Who You Are

• •University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, Analytics or a related field.
• •Extensive experience in Integrated Business Planning, planning technology, Supply Chain Excellence or related transformation roles within a global organization.
• •Strong knowledge of Demand Management processes and planning technologies such as SAP IBP, combined with proven ability to execute AI end to end: identifying use cases, building AI-powered tools and automations, and embedding them into day-to-day planning processes.
• •An innovative and collaborative leader who challenges the status quo, translates complex technology into business value, influences across functions, drives change and inspires others to adopt new ways of working.
• •Fluent in English
