• This role sits at the heart of global entity operations, helping ensure international business infrastructure remains compliant, accurate, and ready to scale.
• You will manage day-to-day corporate maintenance, compliance obligations, entity documentation, and operational activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• The position combines cross-border coordination, project management, compliance, and process improvement in a fast-moving global environment.
• You will contribute to international expansion initiatives, including entity setup and the development of local operating infrastructure.
• Working closely with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, and external partners, you will connect stakeholders, information, and deadlines.
