POSITION SUMMARY
- Broadbean by Veritone is looking for a highly organised Global Events Marketing Manager to cover a 12-month Parental leave. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on the execution of our international event strategy and marketing operations.
- You will take full ownership of our presence at 20+ global events, managing everything from initial booth concepts to final lead reporting. This role requires a balance of logistical precision and the ability to navigate our core internal systems to keep the marketing engine running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
End-to-End Event Management: Ownership of 20 worldwide events. You will handle pre-event planning, logistical coordination, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
Travel & Expense Coordination: Use Navan to manage all international travel arrangements for the team and yourself.
Procurement & Contracts: Manage vendor onboarding and contract lifecycles within Oracle CLM.
Data & Reporting: Take responsibility for lead management and performance reporting in Salesforce, ensuring we can accurately measure the ROI of each event.
Budget Oversight: Tracking spend across all global activations to ensure we stay on target and within budget.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Highly Organised: You are someone who lives in the details. You can manage multiple projects across different time zones without dropping the ball.
Willingness to Travel: This role involves approximately 30% travel, primarily across the EU with occasional trips to the US. You’ll be expected to attend key international events in person, ensuring seamless execution on the ground.
Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using Salesforce for reporting and are ready to jump into our travel and finance systems
Reliability: As this is a 12-month contract, we need someone who can hit the ground running and take immediate ownership of the event calendar. A full handover will be provided to ensure a smooth transition and support your success.
Proven experience in event management or marketing operations (SaaS or Recruitment Tech experience is a plus).
Based in the UK with the ability and flexibility to travel to global events.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (reporting and dashboards).
Experience managing high-volume logistics and third-party vendors.
