Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:

• •Be a sparring partner for the management and the executives in your area of responsibility for all people related topics
• •Close cooperation with the Global HR Center of Excellence while executing and implementing global HR process within your area of responsibility
• •Identify and represent specific business requirements on HR products and services and advocate this in the global HR community
• •Establish a strong relationships within the functional teams and develop a deep understanding of the business in order both to suggest forward-looking business solutions and pre-empt potential issues
• •Coach, support, up-skill, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide guidance on complex HR issues
• •Drive cross-functional alignment and standardization of HR processes

What Do We Expect From You:

• •A relevant Master’s degree, e.g. in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• •Extensive experience in managing all people related matters along the employee life-cycle
• •Solid knowledge in labor law and experience in working with unions and works councils strongly preferred
• •Strong communicator and intercultural collaborator; able to work and connect with all levels of the organization, including top management
• •Trustworthy and approachable personality
• •Proficiency in English and Dutch is a must, all other languages are a plus
