• You will shape partnership and network strategies that directly support international campaigns and organizational priorities.
• The role combines strategic leadership, people management, coalition-building, and hands-on campaign engagement across regions.
• You will work closely with country and regional teams to expand partnerships beyond the traditional climate justice ecosystem.
• You will lead a distributed team while fostering collaboration, learning, and shared approaches across diverse geographies.
