As a Global Logistics Associate at ICON, you will coordinate and manage the efficient movement of goods and materials across the global supply chain. You will support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients by ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics operations.

What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering supply chain and procurement work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• •Coordinating the global shipping and distribution of materials, including tracking and managing logistics schedules to meet project timelines.
• •Communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations and resolve any issues related to shipments and deliveries.
• •Supporting the development and implementation of logistics strategies and procedures to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost management.
• •Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics transactions to support compliance and reporting requirements.
• •Assisting with the evaluation of logistics performance metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant supply chain and procurement experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

• •Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• •1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
• •Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• •Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
