Global Payroll Implementation Specialist - GPIS

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist (GPIS) based in Switzerland.

• As a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing new customers onto global payroll solutions accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
• You’ll manage technical payroll implementations from initial requirements gathering through configuration, testing, go-live, and handover to payroll operations.
• Working with customers, internal teams, vendors, and payroll stakeholders, you’ll translate complex payroll requirements into reliable operational setups.
• You’ll ensure payroll and tax configurations meet applicable statutory requirements while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
• The role combines payroll expertise, technical implementation, project coordination, customer communication, and continuous process improvement.
• You’ll also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and use automation to make implementation processes faster and more scalable.
