Principal Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of transfer agents and service providers, ensuring a seamless execution of transaction processes, reflecting TPG’s quality and brand reputation including client statement reporting, tax generation, compliance, cash reconciliation, etc.

Support the operational onboarding of TPG Funds to global service providers and distribution platforms, by coordinating with firm-wide working groups and cross functional teams (Legal, Sales, Product and Marketing)

Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, Not in Good order trades, and incidents across the entire range of services provided by the TA. Engage with transfer agent to resolve open issues and maintain issues log to monitor for thematic trends.

Field operational inquiries from financial advisors and internal sales teams regarding TPG investment offerings

Liaise with FinTech Partners on order review, execution and manage trade document inventory

Liaise with internal business units, transfer agents, and third-party providers to resolve client issues, perform reconciliations, and ensure smooth service delivery

Become a resident TPG expert for advisors by understanding their native operational platforms and processes

Requirements

Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills together with an ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.

Experience of working in a team environment and building positive relationships with colleagues and both internal and external contacts.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.

Excellent computer skills with a focus on Excel

Maintain strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task (often changeable workload)

Strong understanding of HNW and Financial Advisor operating model

Knowledge of alternative investment fund and operational terms is helpful

It is expected that the annual base salary for this role will be in the range of $90,000 to $115,000 USD. Base salary is one component of TPG’s competitive total rewards package which typically includes discretionary compensation, comprehensive health benefits, and paid time off. Other incentives may also be available to certain eligible employees.
