Position Title:

Golf Call Center Agent Job Description:

Responsible for general customer service duties and assisting the golf administraiton staff with day-to-day operations. Performs other related duties as required. Typical Duties:

• •Answers phone calls and books reservations for customers.
• •Checks customers in for simulator bookings.
• •Completes point-of-sale transactions for simulator rentals.
• •Assures golf carts are clean and staged in an orderly fashion.
• •Assists with practice area and driving range operations and management.
• •Responsible for cleanliness of office and simulator rooms.

Assists in other golf operations as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• •Demonstrated knowledge of golf industry and golf standards.
• •Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills.
• •Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities.
• •Ability to perform basic janitorial work.
