Google Media Buying Team Lead

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Google media buyers within a fast-growing international iGaming environment.
• You will take ownership of traffic volumes, quality, budgets, and the team's overall performance.
• The role combines hands-on expertise in Google Ads with strategic planning, experimentation, and people leadership.
• You will shape marketing roadmaps, develop hypotheses, oversee testing, and optimize conversion funnels.
• Working closely with Design, Development, Finance, and other teams, you will help turn performance insights into scalable growth.
• The position also offers opportunities to drive automation, explore new tools, and build technology-enabled solutions.
