Your Role

You'll build and maintain the policy backbone that keeps constellr compliant and well-governed as it scales — translating regulatory requirements into practical policies our teams can follow .

Key responsibilities

Maintain and continuously update corporate policies and compliance documentation

Track relevant regulatory changes affecting the business

Coordinate compliance training across the organization

Support internal investigations and compliance risk assessments

Report compliance status and risks to the VP - Integrity

Job requirements

About you

Required:

Experience in corporate governance, compliance or policy management

Strong analytical and writing skills for translating regulation into policy

Ability to work cross-functionally to drive compliance adoption

Fluent German and English

Nice to Have :

Experience in a regulated or dual-use/defense-adjacent industry

Familiarity with ISO 27001 governance requirements

Compliance certification (e.g., CCEP)
