Are you looking to build a long-term career in financial planning and wealth management?

Titan Pensions & Investments is seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Foundation Trainee to join our team on a structured six-month development programme. This unique rotational role has been designed to provide hands-on experience across both our Client Support and Paraplanning functions, giving you a comprehensive introduction to financial planning, client servicing, advice delivery and the regulatory environment. This is a full time office based role in Kettering.

During the programme, you will spend approximately:

- 3 months within Client Support

- 3 months within Paraplanning

At the end of the programme, your performance, strengths, career aspirations and business requirements will be assessed to determine progression into a permanent role within either the Client Support or Paraplanning team.
