What you’ll do

• •As a Graduate Structural Engineer in our Brisbane Industrial Structures team, you’ll:
• •Own your career while growing your skills through workshops and self-paced learning
• •Apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills on live client projects
• •Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design
• •Learn from technical experts and mentors through hands-on guidance
• •Progress toward professional accreditation and chartership
• •Connect through Limelight, our early careers network

What you’ll bring

• •A relevant Civil Engineering, Structural engineering or double degree (completed or near completion)
• •Graduated and available to start full-time in early February 2027 (we are also open to considering graduates who are available to start earlier)
• •Curiosity and a desire to solve real-world problems
• •Strong communication skills and a team-orientated mindset
• •Motivation to grow both technical and consulting capability
