Technical Services Graduate

Our 12-month Technical Services Graduate Programme combines structured learning, site-based experience, mentoring and regular feedback to help you build confidence, practical technical knowledge and a strong foundation for your career.

What you will do

Assist with the coordination of mechanical, electrical, public health and structural works across live projects.

Support the review and tracking of drawings, technical submittals, samples, approvals and project documentation.

Help project teams keep information, approvals and site activity aligned.

Participate in project, technical services and health and safety meetings as required.

Support installation progress, testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out activities.

Build strong working relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and project teams.

Take direction, ask questions and contribute positively to successful project delivery.

Who we are looking for

A recent or upcoming graduate with a third-level qualification in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

Previous site experience is helpful but not essential; what matters most is a willingness to learn, ask questions and get involved.

A curious, motivated person who enjoys problem-solving, being on site and working as part of a team.

Good communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.

A proactive approach to learning, development and building positive working relationships.
