Under this Operational Risk track, you will gain hands-on exposure across key risk frameworks, receive structured mentorship from senior leaders, and build core technical capabilities in process gap analysis, third-party risk assessment, and BNM regulatory compliance.

• Key Responsibilities
• •RCSA & Control Testing Review: Review business process flows to identify operational risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and validate RCSA testing across business and support units.
• •Regulatory & Management Reporting: Monitor operational loss events and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), perform root cause analysis, and prepare risk reports for Management and BNM.
• •Outsourcing & Vendor Risk Assessment: Perform independent risk evaluations on third-party vendors and review outsourcing proposals to ensure compliance with risk governance standards.

• Job Requirements
• •Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 .
• •Early Career: Less than 2 years of full-time working experience.
• •Risk Mindset: A strong interest in operational risk management and a passion for analytical problem-solving.
