GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Clovis, CA .

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience who wants to grow their career while training under an experienced Maintenance Technician.

As a Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I, you will help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of our apartment community. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in a job well done, and like working both indoors and outdoors, we'd love to hear from you!

Compensation & Schedule:

• •Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE) plus benefits
• •Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• •On-call rotation required as needed

What You'll Do:

• •Maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of the community.
• •Pick up trash, remove debris, and keep common areas clean and inviting.
• •Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units.
• •Complete basic maintenance repairs and resident service requests.
• •Perform routine property inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• •Support preventative maintenance and property improvement projects.
• •Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• •Learn and develop maintenance skills while working alongside an experienced Maintenance Technician.

What We're Looking For:

• •Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required.
• •Valid driver's license required.
• •Enjoy working outdoors and performing hands-on work.
• •Reliable, self-motivated, and team oriented.
• •Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
• •Strong customer service and communication skills.
• •Willingness to learn and grow within the property management industry.
