Introduction to the Job:
ASML brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market, and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers, the world's leading chipmakers, to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.

These new products include optical, opto-mechanical, opto-electronic, electronic, mechanical, and mechatronic systems, sub-systems, and components. Using your leadership and technical skills, you will work closely with your team to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the product generation process and drive the industrialization process, in alignment with the ASML project plan. In parallel, you will be responsible for engaging in and coordinating people management activities and driving career growth of your team in line with the DM and I&OM expectations.

- Secure the quality of the team's deliverables, industrialization and cost documentation, and physical material from our suppliers (secured all the way through the "n-tier").
- Support and maintain responsibility for the way-of-working competence activities of the SQE team, including training, communication, and process maturity management.
- Responsible for developing technical expertise within your group, technology roadmaps for our suppliers, and maintaining alignment with our key suppliers and manufacturing team to drive the industrialization efforts of the project.
- Build and develop technical supplier quality competencies within ASML (e.g., SPC, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, Operational Excellence).
- Work with peers and management to align and maintain responsibility for all aspects of people management, including training, performance management, coaching/mentoring, project assignments, and budgets.
- Support recruiting activities for your team and the group. Build your team with competent and diligent employees.

Work with your project managers and module architects on technology roadmapping for our suppliers, perform competence development with your team, support problem-solving and lessons-learned activities, and work with your team to develop technical solutions for your products.
- Manage your stakeholders. Communicate with your stakeholders and customers on a routine basis, set expectations, and communicate any gaps.
