Maincode builds Australian-made AI for real-world work. Matilda, our flagship assistant, is designed, trained, and hosted end-to-end in Australia and is approaching pilot readiness with enterprises and institutions.
- We're hiring our first growth operator to turn that into customers, partnerships, and revenue.
- This is a go-to-market role first. Find the institutions where Matilda can credibly win, build relationships with the people who decide, and carry deals end-to-end: first conversation, procurement, security review, legal, signed pilot, referenceable deployment.
It's also a one-person growth function by design. You're not an engineer, but you're AI-native: you run the whole loop yourself, from research and outreach to materials, pipeline, and reporting, on systems you build with AI tools.
What you'll do
Own commercial deployments, from pursuit to signature.
Translate our technical work into strategic narratives.
Convert early deployments into references, and references into pipeline.
Feed market and customer signal back into product and strategy.
Build your own growth stack with AI tools.
You
You're an operator. You close the deal, build the system that tracks it, and write the materials that won it.
You don't need the technology translated for you. You can sit with researchers, follow the argument, and turn it into the narrative.
You've carried institutional deals and can explain why you won and lost them.
You build your own tools and workflows with AI.
