Growth Content Lead

• This role offers the opportunity to lead an end-to-end content growth engine for a fast-moving product in the cryptocurrency and financial technology space.
• You will set the overall content strategy, define the brand voice, and lead specialists across SEO, video, social, technical writing, and design.
• The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on copywriting, particularly across landing pages, lifecycle email, product messaging, and PR communications.
• You will connect content performance to measurable business outcomes, including organic acquisition, conversions, signups, and customer acquisition cost.
• A major focus will be translating complex crypto and tax concepts into clear, trustworthy, high-converting experiences for users.
• You will operate with significant autonomy, empowering a distributed team while continuously improving workflows, content quality, and channel performance.
