About Dotfile
Dotfile is building the AI-native Compliance Operating System for financial institutions. Our mission is to make compliance simple, safe and smart, helping financial institutions onboard customers, manage risk and operate globally.
Compliance remains one of the most manual functions in financial services. While most institutions still rely on fragmented tools and human-driven workflows, we believe AI is enabling a fundamental shift toward autonomous compliance. Our ambition is to build Level 5 Compliance : software that can gather evidence, investigate complex situations, assess risk and execute defensible decisions under defined policies.
Dotfile has grown into one of Europe’s fastest-growing compliance technology companies. Today, 100+ financial institutions across 15 countries rely on Dotfile for critical compliance operations, with a rapidly growing presence in the US.
We recently raised our Series A from leading US and European investors and software operators. We’re now entering our next chapter: investing heavily in product and AI, expanding internationally, and building the team that can make Dotfile the global standard for compliance infrastructure.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical, technical and hands-on Director of Growth to build and scale Dotfile’s growth engine.
You will own how we identify target accounts, capture buying signals, reach the right people with the right message, experiment with new channels, and turn what works into scalable systems. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to generate qualified pipeline across our key markets, with a particular focus on our expansion in the US.
This is a builder role. You will combine strong growth instincts with data, automation and AI to build workflows for account research, enrichment, segmentation, personalization, campaign execution and analysis. You will own the full experimentation loop: finding opportunities, launching experiments quickly, measuring their impact on pipeline and revenue, and scaling the ones that work.
You will be expected to remain deeply hands-on with the tools and systems behind our growth engine. We want to build a small, highly leveraged growth team where technology replaces repetitive work and allows us to experiment faster and operate at greater scale.
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Own Dotfile’s growth strategy and pipeline generation across our key markets, working closely with Marketing and Sales
Build systems to identify target accounts and buying signals, enrich them with relevant data, and turn them into actionable growth opportunities
Design and execute highly targeted outbound and account-based campaigns across channels, using AI and automation to operate at scale without sacrificing relevance
Build workflows and agents for research, enrichment, segmentation, personalization, campaign execution and analysis
Develop a high-velocity experimentation engine: identify new audiences, messages, channels and tactics, launch tests quickly, measure their impact and scale what works
Own the growth stack and connect our CRM, data providers, automation tools, AI models and other systems to continuously improve how we generate pipeline
Own growth analytics and performance, developing a clear understanding of funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, CAC and channel effectiveness
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to turn learnings from prospects, customers and campaign performance into better targeting, messaging and go-to-market decisions
About you
You have 5+ years of experience in Growth, Growth Engineering, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations or another highly analytical role in B2B SaaS
You have a track record of building growth programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue, not just traffic, leads or engagement
You are technically strong and comfortable working with data, APIs, webhooks, CRM systems, enrichment providers and automation tools
AI is already part of how you work. You use LLMs and agents to research, build, analyze and execute, and naturally look for new things to automate
You are a builder. You are comfortable connecting tools, creating workflows, manipulating data and prototyping solutions yourself rather than relying on others to do it for you
You combine strong growth intuition with analytical rigor and can move comfortably between an idea, a dataset, an experiment and its impact on pipeline
You thrive in a fast-moving environment with high standards and strong ownership. You are comfortable building from scratch, running multiple experiments in parallel and quickly changing direction when the data tells you to
Experience growing an enterprise B2B SaaS business internationally, particularly in the US, is a plus
