Growth Director — Lotus AI (Los Angeles)
About Lotus
Lotus is building the future of primary care with AI, backed by Kleiner Perkins and CRV. We've found real product market fit and are growing fast, combining clinical rigor with a product experience that actually feels human. Now we're building out the team to match that momentum, and the people we hire now will shape what Lotus looks and feels like for years to come.
The Role
We're looking for someone who gets things done.
You'll own paid acquisition day to day: setting up and running campaigns across channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok, briefing and testing creative, and adjusting spend based on what the numbers tell you. You can walk us through a real budget you managed, what you spent it on, what worked, what didn't, and why you made the calls you did. When growth needs something outside of paid, like a community push, an event, or a piece of press, you can pick that up too.
This is a founding role on our new LA office team.
What we're looking for
Direct, hands-on experience running paid campaigns: setting budgets, briefing creative, testing, and optimizing based on performance
Can describe a specific past budget: how much, which channels, what changed based on results
Comfortable stepping into community, events, or PR work when growth calls for it
Stayed in a role long enough to see a growth ramp through and adjust based on real outcomes
A track record of picking up something unfamiliar fast, ideally in a regulated or compliance-heavy space
Strong plus: paid growth experience specifically in health, telehealth, supplements, or fintech
If this is you, we want to talk.
Is this role actually a fit for you?
