• This role combines growth strategy, risk management, data intelligence, and cross-functional leadership.
• You will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on protecting the operation from financial losses while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
• The position blends analytical investigation with the execution of high-impact strategic initiatives, including new monetization channels.
• You will work closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to solve complex problems and turn ambiguous ideas into structured initiatives.
• A key part of the role is building proactive monitoring, governance, and compliance mechanisms that can scale with the business.
• You will also define success metrics, develop business cases, and use data to validate and refine new growth opportunities.
