Growth Marketing Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist based in Germany.

• This hands-on role will drive demand generation across a diverse mix of paid, owned and community marketing channels.
• You will build, launch and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, webinars, events and community platforms.
• Working closely with Growth Marketing and Marketing Operations, you will ensure campaigns are well executed, automated, tracked and continuously improved.
• The role is highly execution-focused, with direct ownership of campaign performance and day-to-day optimization.
• You will use data to identify underperformance, uncover opportunities and run practical experiments that improve results and pipeline generation.
• With demand-generation foundations continuing to evolve, you will have meaningful space to introduce ideas and improve how campaigns are delivered.
• This is a fully remote opportunity in a fast-moving SaaS environment with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
