About Higgsfield

Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images, and interactive content with 200+ frontier models — and they do it at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 3x in the last four months and crossed $700M in annualized GAAP revenue by July 2026.

We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what's working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days - we ship 80+ releases a month .

About the role

You will own product-led growth at Higgsfield: making the product itself our biggest acquisition channel. Referral mechanics, viral loops, shareable artifacts, and agentic distribution — we were among the first in the world to sell subscriptions directly inside AI assistants via MCP, and that channel already drives a meaningful share of our new plan purchases. Your job is to engineer growth that compounds without a marketing budget.

We are looking for a builder, not an optimizer. There is no PLG playbook for consumer AI — you will be writing it. You should be comfortable shaping strategy without precedent, shipping daily, and defending your calls with numbers. This is a hands-on A-level role with founder-level visibility, on the Product Growth team — the team that owns all of Higgsfield's revenue.

Key responsibilities

Design and ship referral mechanics end-to-end: incentive structures, anti-abuse, unit economics per referral, GAAP-compliant reward design — prioritizing defensible economics over headline signup numbers.

Build viral loops into the product : shareable generation artifacts, watermark-to-signup flows, social-embedded distribution — so that every piece of content our users publish works as acquisition surface.

Own the mobile PLG motion — desktop is our revenue platform; mobile is our acquisition engine. You design the viral-first experiences that feed the funnel.

Scale agentic distribution : grow our MCP/assistant-embedded channel — funnel and product experience for users who arrive through AI agents rather than browsers.

Run a rigorous experiment pipeline : hypothesis → test → ship → measure, at a pace of multiple experiments per week — raising the team's experimentation velocity and rigor over time.

Own your metrics and their story : viral coefficient (K-factor), referral-attributed revenue, CAC of product channels vs. paid, activation of referred cohorts — and communicate what we tested, what we learned, and what it's worth to the business.

Minimum qualifications

A track record of personally moving revenue or acquisition metrics — you can name the number, the mechanism, and your specific role in it, rather than pointing to team outcomes.

Shipped viral or referral features in consumer products — and can walk us through the incentive design, what got abused, and how you closed the holes.

An experimentation program behind you with a clear ROI story rather than a backlog of A/B tests — test design, guard metrics, and honest reads of ambiguous results.

Unit-economics fl uency : you think in CAC, ARPU, payback, and contribution margin — growth that bleeds margin is not growth you ship.

Full command of your data : you build your own funnels and dashboards, pull your own queries, and never wait for an analyst to tell you what happened.

Comfort operating at startup speed : weekly ship cadence, decisions with 70% of the data, and the judgment to know which 30% can wait.

Preferred qualifications

3–6+ years in growth or product roles at consumer technology companies.

Consumer AI, creative tools, or credits-economy experience.

Experience with agentic ecosystems.

Mobile growth background (app store funnels, mobile-first virality).

Why this role is special

You'll build PLG for a product people already want to share — generative content is inherently viral raw material.

The agentic channel is a genuinely new distribution paradigm — you'll be defining playbooks that don't exist yet.

Impact measured in millions — not decks.

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation with meaningful equity at a $5B-valuation, hyper-growth company.
  • A team that owns its P&L end-to-end — you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
  • Direct access to founders and leadership; zero layers between you and the decision.
  • Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
  • Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office . Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day . We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
