• As part of a small regional strategy team, you will see the full arc of a project, from framing the question to presenting the recommendation. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will help you build a point of view, and your analysis will reach the leaders making the decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• •Contribute to growth projects and long-term strategic planning across ANZ, Korea, and ASEAN, including market sizing, competitive intelligence, planning inputs, and business case development for new opportunities.
• •Support pricing strategy for the region: analyze price performance and realization, benchmark pricing across markets, and help build recommendations that balance growth and margin.
• •Investigate the business questions with no obvious answer, from market dynamics and customer behavior to unmet needs and best-practice case studies, partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in commercial market metrics.
• •Identify and prototype GenAI applications to accelerate the team's work, automating recurring analysis, reporting, and document production, and help translate successful pilots into repeatable workflows for the wider region.
• •Work directly with regional and country leadership to drive alignment and execution, preparing executive-ready materials for leadership forums and staff meetings that turn analysis into a clear, concise narrative.

Qualifications:

• •Currently pursuing a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Healthcare, or related field).
• •Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
• •Familiarity with GenAI tools and a genuine interest in applying them to business problems; comfort experimenting with new tools to improve how work gets done.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to work effectively in diverse and high-performing teams.
• •Highly organized and efficient; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
