GTM & CS Ops Engineer

• This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market operations, customer success, systems, and revenue generation.
• You’ll help create a connected operating model where sales and post-sales teams work from consistent data and reliable signals.
• The position combines CRM administration, automation, analytics, forecasting, process design, and direct pipeline generation.
• You’ll build and maintain systems that reduce manual work while improving data quality, visibility, and cross-functional handoffs.
• You’ll also develop scoring models, reporting frameworks, and operational processes that influence pipeline, revenue, delivery, and customer outcomes.
• The role offers significant ownership in a fully remote environment, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, PMO, and leadership.
• It is well suited to a systems-minded operator who enjoys turning fragmented processes into scalable, measurable workflows.
