The GTM Delivery Analyst is a key member of the Customer Integrations and Implementation team, responsible for assisting customers with the technical implementation of ZoomInfo’s customer-facing solutions.

This is a high-visibility role within an exciting area of the business, with the opportunity to gain domain expertise across all aspects of sales, talent, and marketing intelligence technologies and applications.

What You’ll Do:

Advanced Technical Expertise

Lead complex, enterprise-level implementations as a senior member of the ZoomInfo Integration and Implementation Team, providing expert guidance and strategic support to high-value clients during the deployment of ZoomInfo product solutions within their internal systems.

Maintain expert-level understanding of application integrations within CRM/MAT environments, including Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo platform, and emerging solutions.

Client Engagement & Consultation

Engage in strategic dialogue with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical stakeholders to customize ZoomInfo Integration implementations that align with enterprise business objectives and technical roadmaps.

Provide consultative guidance on best practices, optimization strategies, and scalability considerations for long-term success.

Advanced Problem Resolution

Deploy expert-level troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve complex technical issues across integrations and platform solutions.

Conduct a root cause analysis for systemic issues and develop preventive measures to enhance overall solution stability.

Identify, document, and escalate product defects and enhancement opportunities to Product Development and Engineering teams, providing detailed technical specifications and business impact assessments.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Mentorship

Train, mentor, and coach Level One and Two Implementation Managers to foster the development of technical skills and the adoption of best practices.

Collaborate with and provide technical leadership to Sales, Client Support, QA Engineering, and Product Management departments on complex client scenarios.

Technical Thought Leadership

Conduct high-level technical discussions on advanced topics, including email protocols, OAuth/SSO setup, data transformations, CRM workflows, automation frameworks, API, and enterprise process design with both internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as a subject-matter expert on emerging technologies and integration patterns.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Perform a wide range of complex professional tasks that require exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and technical innovation.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance implementation processes, tools, and client experiences.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions to maintain ZoomInfo's technical leadership position.

What You Will Bring:

Advanced Technical Expertise & Certifications

2+ years of hands-on experience with technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementation, and/or Sales Acceleration platforms in enterprise environments.

Advanced certifications in Salesforce (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder), Marketo Certified Expert, HubSpot Solutions Architect, Eloqua Master, and/or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are strongly preferred but not required.

Deep technical proficiency across multiple platforms with demonstrated ability to architect complex, multi-system integrations.

Strategic Client Partnership & Leadership

Proven track record of managing high-value, enterprise-level client relationships with exceptional customer service and consultative skills.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts accurately, with empathy and clarity, to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and end users.

Experience leading client workshops and technical discovery sessions

Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility as a strategic technical advisor.

Expert Problem-Solving & Technical Acumen

Exceptional capacity to quickly master complex technical infrastructure, emerging technologies, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.

Proven expertise in root cause analysis, systems thinking, and the development of innovative solutions to novel technical challenges.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, diagnose, and resolve sophisticated integration issues independently.

Leadership & Mentorship

Demonstrate experience mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational improvements.

Ability to influence without authority and build consensus across technical and business stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication Excellence

Outstanding collaboration skills with proven ability to work effectively across Sales, Support, Engineering, Product, and executive teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating technical documentation, training materials, and presentations for various audiences.

Experience facilitating technical discussions and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Quality & Process Excellence

Meticulous attention to detail with unwavering commitment to quality and accuracy in all deliverables.

Process-oriented mindset with experience developing and implementing best practices, standards, and quality assurance frameworks.

Proactive approach to identifying risks, preventing issues, and continuously improving implementation methodologies.

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, etc.).

Familiarity with data governance, security compliance (SOC 2, GDPR), and enterprise architecture principles.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

This role is a hybrid position, with the option to work from home on Mondays & Fridays. Must be located within 30 minutes of Vancouver, WA, Waltham, MA, or Bethesda, MD

The US base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $93,000, plus annual bonus and benefits.
