  • You will work closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and Finance to build solutions that improve productivity, data quality, decision-making, and revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce and GTM systems knowledge with hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, integrations, and automations.

What you’ll do:

AI & Automation

Identify and automate high-impact manual processes across the GTM organization.

Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents for research, enrichment, account prioritization, insights, forecasting, and workflow execution.

Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, low-code/no-code platforms, and scripting.

Connect Salesforce and other GTM platforms to create scalable end-to-end workflows.

Rapidly prototype, test, measure, and iterate before scaling successful solutions.

Maintain strong standards for data integrity, governance, documentation, testing, and monitoring.

Partner with RevOps/BizOps to improve system architecture and reduce technical debt.

Cross Functional Partnership & Enablement

Translate business problems and stakeholder ideas into scalable technical solutions.

Help teams mature employee-built AI agents and automations into governed, production-ready workflows.

Test GTM workflows and measure impact against productivity, pipeline, conversion, and efficiency metrics.

Educate teams on AI capabilities and drive adoption of new tools and workflows.

Maintain supporting documentation and enablement materials for new solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have:

1–3 years' of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, Business Systems, or a similar technical GTM role.

Hands-on experience building AI, LLM, or agentic workflows that solve real business problems.

Experience working with APIs, webhooks, low-code/no-code automation platforms, or scripting.

Understanding of GTM systems and processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Strong analytical and experimental mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience building GTM infrastructure or AI-powered workflows in a B2B environment.

Familiarity with modern GTM automation, enrichment, and AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Agentforce, or similar tools.

Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems.
