the posting

Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack - CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management with one unified system, consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single platform built for the AI era.

We launched publicly in Feb 2026, are already 65 people, and have strong early product-market fit generating millions in ARR within months of launch. You'll have the chance to both scale our core systems and build new features from 0 to 1.

We've raised $85M in our Series B from Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital, and our founders previously led Brex, Apollo, and Clari.

Come join us if you want to be part of a high autonomy, high pace team reinventing one of the biggest categories in enterprise software.

The Role

You'll own sales operations at Monaco and be the analytical partner to our sales and post-sales teams. This as a senior RevOps hire: you run the operational machinery that keeps a fast-growing GTM org working, and you use data to tell leadership what's actually happening in the business and what to do about it.

What You'll Do

Own sales operations end to end: territories, quotas, comp plans, pipeline hygiene, forecasting cadence, and the reporting the GTM team runs on

Drive pricing and packaging strategy - model changes, run experiments, measure the revenue impact, and make the call on what we charge and how

Build the analytics dashboards and analyses for sales and post-sales: pipeline conversion, rep productivity, win/loss, expansion, churn, and customer health, and turn it into decisions the team acts on

Partner with sales and CX leaders on operational projects - process changes, tooling, handoffs, planning - and drive them to completion

Run board- and leadership-level revenue reporting and planning, including annual and quarterly GTM plans

Be the person who spots the problem in the numbers before anyone else does, and brings a recommendation, not just a chart

Who We're Looking For

Must-Haves

2+ years at a top-tier investment bank or 2+ years in management consulting followed by 2+ years in a GTM, RevOps, or BizOps role at an early-stage startup

Exceptional with data: fluent in SQL and spreadsheets, comfortable building models from scratch, and able to explain the answer to a sales leader in one sentence

Strong judgment on pricing and monetization, or the analytical horsepower to develop it quickly

Thrive with autonomy in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift weekly

Strong Pluses

You've run sales operations before - you know how comp plans, territories, forecasting, and CRM hygiene actually work, not just in theory

Experience at a company selling CRM, sequencing, or GTM tooling

Hands-on pricing or packaging ownership at a SaaS company

Experience with usage-based or hybrid pricing models

Familiarity with modern GTM tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Apollo) and strong opinions on what an AI-native replacement should look like
