At Roadrunner, we’re replacing the broken CPQ software that Sales teams have complained about, worked around, and given up on for years. Not improving it - replacing it. We’re building a new agentic stack called PQA - Prompt, Quote, Approve, designed for the enterprise, on a data model built for how pricing actually works today.

We’re Kleiner Perkins’ first incubation since Glean, led by second-time founders with successful exits, and a team of engineers from Snowflake, Databricks, Citadel, Meta, Robinhood, Brex, and so on. In our 2 months since launch, we're proud to have companies like Asana, Zoominfo, Chainguard and more trusting Roadrunner as their CPQ. The rocketship is about to take off, and looking for rockstars to come on board.

The role

You'll be our first GTM recruiter, and you'll own GTM hiring end to end: sales, customer success, solutions and everything around them.

You'll partner with our Head of Sales and Head of Customer Success and build these teams with them. What great looks like, how we find those people, how we interview them and how we close them are yours to shape. The teams you hire will be the people who take Roadrunner to market.

What you'll do

Own full-cycle hiring for GTM roles, from the first conversation with the hiring manager to the signed offer

Partner day to day with our sales and CS leaders on team plans, role definitions and hiring priorities

Build the sourcing engine from scratch: outbound, referrals and your own network

Design interview loops and scorecards that are fast and actually predict who'll succeed

Track the funnel and use the numbers to fix what's slow

Close. Sell candidates on Roadrunner and get offers over the line

What we're looking for

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a real track record hiring sales and CS talent at fast-growing startups

You know the GTM talent market: who the strong AEs are, where they come from and what makes them move

You're a driver. You'll run a high-volume desk without waiting for someone to tell you what's next

You think in systems and like building process as much as running it

You're as comfortable pushing back on a hiring manager as you are pitching a candidate
