• •Maintain and clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest Fairmont standards, ensuring all spaces are immaculate and welcoming
• •Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests, special needs, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• •Inspect rooms upon completion of cleaning to verify quality standards, attention to detail, and compliance with property specifications
• •Manage and organize housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting low stock levels and maintaining efficient supply usage
• •Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize room assignments and meet daily cleaning schedules
• •Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisory staff immediately for prompt resolution
• •Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• •Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional manner, maintaining discretion and confidentiality
• •Assist with special projects, deep cleaning initiatives, and seasonal maintenance tasks as assigned
