Your Role

As a Senior Azure Cloud Operations & Security Administrator , you will be responsible for ensuring the secure, compliant, and efficient operation of Azure cloud environments supporting critical business workloads. You will manage cloud infrastructure, security controls, vulnerability remediation, backup and recovery processes, and operational governance, while collaborating with cybersecurity, platform, and business teams to maintain compliance with export control and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will combine strong Azure administration expertise with operational excellence, security awareness, and business continuity practices to deliver resilient and reliable cloud services. You will act as a key contributor in maintaining platform availability, optimizing cloud resources, and ensuring adherence to enterprise security standards.

Responsibilities & Scope

Manage and maintain Azure cloud subscriptions, resources, storage, Key Vaults, and virtual desktop environments.

Ensure cloud environments remain compliant with security, governance, and export control requirements.

Perform vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security hardening activities.

Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and operational health.

Manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes for business-critical resources.

Maintain and support Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to support monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response activities.

Coordinate with Microsoft Support and internal stakeholders to resolve platform-related issues.

Support operational improvements, automation initiatives, and cloud optimization efforts.

Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and compliance records.

• •Collaborates effectively with cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and business teams, building trusted partnerships to deliver secure and reliable services.
• •Takes ownership of business continuity, backup and recovery strategies, and operational excellence, ensuring high availability and organizational resilience.
