Das erwartet Sie:

• •Abwechslungsreiche Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten in modernen Kundenimmobilien
• •Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum

• •Moderne Arbeitsmittel und digitale Systeme (CAFM)
• •Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

• •Durchführung von Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
• •Pflege und Wartung der Außenanlagen
• •Koordination und Überwachung externer Handwerker
• •Materialbestellung und -verwaltung
• •Dokumentation im CAFM-System
• •Porterage-Aufgaben und Abfallmanagement
• •Unterstützung des technischen Teams bei verschiedenen Projekten

Das bringen Sie mit:

• •Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
• •Praktische Kenntnisse in mehreren Gewerken (Elektrik, Sanitär, Tischlerei, etc.)
• •Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• •Führerschein Klasse B
• •Gute Deutschkenntnisse
• •Kundenfreundliches Auftreten
• •Erfahrung mit digitalen Wartungssystemen
• •Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
• •Organisationstalent
• •Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen mit digitalen Wartungssystemen
