Your mission

As our Head of Business Development and Sales , your mission is to take full ownership of Daos Hub’s growth engine. This is not just about closing deals — it’s about building the systems, strategies, and partnerships that power the entire ecosystem.

Based in Dubai — a global Web3 epicenter — you’ll lead the charge in forging high-value relationships, designing scalable outreach pipelines, and packaging our offerings for different market segments.

You’ll play a core role in building our initial community of 1,000 members, crafting strategic direction alongside the CEO, and turning vision into traction. This is your chance to define and scale the BizDev function from the ground up at one of the most dynamic Web3 startups in the space.
