We’re looking for a Head of Communications and Investor Relations to join our global team.
In this role , you’ll lead the global communications and investor relations for the whole Reaktor Group. You’ll work closely with our leadership, legal and finance teams, and with our global marketing team supporting our targets and brand awareness with your communications expertise, market understanding, messaging, and hands-on work.
You will:
Execute and develop the overall communications strategy including media, PR, executive communications and investor relations
Plan and execute key messaging, the investor story, and thought leadership, with a particular focus on technology, AI, and European defence.
Build and lead Reaktor’s investor relations function as a newly listed company, shaping the IR strategy, ways of working, equity story and market positioning. Own investor communications, including financial reports, stock exchange releases and press releases, in close collaboration with Legal and Finance and in line with MAR and Nasdaq Helsinki disclosure obligations.
Prepare for, plan and execute crisis and incident communications
Write, ghostwrite, proofread, and edit, only using AI when it enhances your existing great copywriting skills
Work hand-in-hand with internal communications
Work with and manage agency relationships
To thrive in this position, you’ll need:
You are a strategic thinker with a robust background in communications who can execute hands-on. Your proactive and self-starter approach and excellent communications and collaboration skills in Finnish and English complement each other.
Proven experience in communications: A track record of success, preferably in the professional services business and/or technology sector
Experience in investor relations from a publicly listed company
Ability to talk about our numbers with investors and analysts and hold your own. You either know the MAR and Nasdaq Helsinki rules already or you can learn them fast.
Proactive, self-starter approach
Strong understanding of the modern communications and investor relations playbook and use of AI in communications
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative communications strategies that align with business goals
Structured planning and budget management skills with an ROI-driven mindset
Fluent Finnish, English (Dutch and Swedish considered a plus!), and excellent communication and collaboration skills
