Head of Engineering

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Engineering based in India.

• This is a senior technology leadership role responsible for shaping engineering, data, platform, and technology strategy for a fast-growing digital business.
• You’ll operate as an embedded member of the leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO and senior business stakeholders.
• The role combines strategic technology planning with hands-on leadership across architecture, infrastructure, security, data, and engineering operations.
• You’ll translate business priorities into clear technology roadmaps while balancing investment, scalability, reliability, risk, and delivery.
• You’ll lead engineering and data organizations through managers and technical leaders, creating alignment and accountability across teams.
