Head of Global Category Management - Non-Food (m/w/d)

• What you will do with us

• •Lead the global strategic and commercial development of the Non-Food category portfolio, with responsibility for growth, profitability and competitive positioning
• •Define and execute the global category strategy, translating customer needs, market trends and business performance into clear assortment and portfolio priorities
• •Drive innovation, assortment optimization and commercial performance, with a strong focus on customer relevance, SKU productivity and Exclusive Brand development
• •Ensure strong end-to-end execution across Category Management, Brand Management, Product Development, Asia, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality Management and local markets
• •Build and lead a high-performing Global Category Management team with clear ownership, strong ways of working and a culture of accountability

What you will bring with you

• •University degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Economics or a comparable field
• •8-10 years of relevant experience in Category Management, Buying or Commercial Management, ideally in retail or consumer goods
• •Several years of leadership experience and a proven ability to lead and develop senior professionals
• •Strong strategic, commercial and analytical capabilities, combined with a hands-on execution mindset
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international and cross-functional environment
• •Very good English and German skills; additional European languages are an advantage
