Head of Growth

Atlas · New York · Full-time · Reports to the CEO

About Atlas

Atlas is a members-only charge card and concierge for people who expect more than their card delivers. A charge card with no preset limit, paired with a concierge that handles travel, dining, and the hard-to-get, built on software rather than call centers.

We've passed $1B in annualized spend, we're growing triple digits year over year, and we recently closed our Series C. Nearly all of this growth has been word of mouth: members join, spend, and bring their friends.

This is an unusual setup. The product is loved, retention is proven, and the capital is in the bank, but acquisition is still greenfield. Whoever builds this engine decides how Atlas finds its next ten thousand members.

The role

Demand for Atlas has outpaced everything we've built to capture it. Several acquisition channels work today. None of them have been productized. Your job is to turn raw demand into a system.

You'll own member acquisition end to end: the new-members-per-month number, the channels behind it, the funnel that converts it, and the instrumentation that measures it. The mandate is to more than double monthly growth over the coming quarters, in a way that's repeatable rather than heroic. Concretely: productize the channels that already work, build a single source of truth for the funnel and fix what it reveals, and find at least one strong channel we're not running yet.

This is a building job. You'll work directly with the founders, engineering, product, design, brand, and onboarding. You'll ship product, not just campaigns. Growth runs on a weekly cadence with clear owners and weekly targets. You'll inherit that system on day one and make it sharper.

Who we're looking for

Four things matter.

High taste. You know how our members live and how to sell to them. You're fluent in the high-net-worth world, and you notice when copy, design, or an experience is off by a degree.

High agency. You take a broad mandate and get it done. Nobody manages your execution. You work directly with engineering, write the spec yourself, and ship.

Quantitative. You own CAC, conversion, activation, and payback by channel. You build the dashboards, track the funnel, and read the cohorts yourself.

Low ego. You'll personally call members and send the emails. No task is beneath the number.

This probably isn't you if you're a brand, PR, or paid-ads specialist looking to run one channel, if you can't work with an engineering team or write a spec, or if you want a mature growth org with playbooks handed to you. Here, you write them.

Qualifications

A track record as an operator who owned a growth number at a fast-growing technology company

A real understanding of the high-net-worth market and how to sell to it

AI-native: you use AI tools daily and build them into how your team works

Experience building and running lean, high-output teams

Fluency in modern analytics tools and dashboards, and the habit of running the business from them

Details

Base salary of $225,000 to $300,000 depending on experience, plus meaningful equity and full benefits. New York preferred, with offices in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
