About the Role
This is a zero-to-one growth leadership role at an early-stage healthtech company building AI-powered reimbursement automation for interventional specialties. You will work directly with the founding team to define the go-to-market motion for medical device OEMs, shaping revenue strategy, key partnerships, and product-market fit from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Source OEM leads and open relationships across market access and reimbursement teams.
Run discovery sessions to map OEM workflows and identify product fit opportunities.
Develop a clear ideal customer profile and build a repeatable sales playbook.
Own OEM accounts end-to-end, from first call through signed contract and ongoing relationship management.
Attend key industry conferences and build community partnerships to expand reach.
Research opportunities across procurement, market access intelligence, and reimbursement infrastructure.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate OEM needs into product and commercialization priorities.
What We're Looking For
4 to 7 years of experience working within medical device companies, with direct exposure to reimbursement or market access functions.
Experience in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) that satisfies reimbursement and market-access requirements.
Deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem, including decision-making, budgeting, and how reimbursement risk affects commercial outcomes.
Background in endovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology specialties is strongly preferred.
Cross-functional exposure spanning market access, reimbursement, supply chain, and R&D.
Comfortable actively incorporating AI tools into your day-to-day workflow.
Familiarity with the US healthcare system and payor landscape.
Willingness to travel to conferences and attend in-person meetings as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $130,000 to $200,000 USD annually , plus meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
Hybrid, based in New York City, NY . In-person presence is expected as needed, along with some travel to industry conferences.
