As the Head of Integrated Sales, you will be responsible for the commercial activities related to the Retail, Lifestyle and Technology customer verticals. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will ensure the accomplishment of sales targets and drive the vertical or segment sales expertise to optimize team results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivery as per Area budget:

  • Lead and set direction for the sales team according to budget – both on delivering ocean volume, growing revenue, and optimizing profits.
  • Coach and drive sales team to sell and grow non-ocean activities including supply chain and local products.
  • Define and set targets for sales incentives together with the Sales Finance Business Partner.

Customer satisfaction:

Actively monitor local NPS with the vertical/segment and drive local improvement to improve customer satisfaction.

Manage stakeholders across the area, region, and global functions:

  • Actively provide feedback to the vertical or segment lead based on customer feedback and insights.
  • Feed business development managers with relevant leads.

Build and develop a best-in-class sales team:

  • Ensure succession plans are in place for key roles including own role.
  • Coach direct reports for success and development.
  • Manage team engagement.
  • Develop vertical/segment sales skills.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Someone with:

  • At least 7-10 years’ experience leading a Key Account Management or Business Development team in Logistics/Supply Chain.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive commercial growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.
  • Commercial expertise across the Retail, Lifestyle, and Technology segments is preferred.
  • Team development and leadership skills.
  • Insight selling, stakeholder management and strategic influencing skills.
  • Ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while driving strategic objectives and business growth.
