Head of Product Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Product Development based in United Kingdom.

• This newly created leadership role owns the full journey from customer insight to a successful physical consumer product.
• You will determine what to build, why it matters, how it should be designed, and how it should perform in the market.
• The role combines customer research, product development, manufacturing, pricing and commercial decision-making.
• You will work closely with overseas factories and guide products through specifications, quality standards, launch and continuous improvement.
• Using customer evidence and performance data, you will decide which opportunities to pursue, improve, redesign or stop.
• You will also lead a product team, establish priorities and improve the quality of research and decision-making.
• This is a fully remote position with required working-hour overlap from 9 AM to 1 PM Eastern Time.
