Head Start Classroom Support (TEMPORARY) - Spicer (#0926D)

JOB STATUS: Full-time (30 hours p/week), 4 months

LOCATION: Spicer, MN

Help create an amazing learning environment for young children!

As a Head Start Classroom Support , you’ll work side by side with our Head Start Teacher to spark curiosity, build independence, and inspire little learners—all while supporting parents to become their child’s greatest advocate.

• WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• •Team Up in the Kitchen : Help with food prep and cleanup - keeping things organized and tidy.
• •Stay Organized : Keep everything running smoothly with accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping.
• •Add a Healthy Twist : Bring energy and creativity to health and nutrition activities that inspire kids to make healthier choices.

Be the MVP: Step in for the Head Start Teacher when needed - you're the ultimate backup!

Pitch In: Help out with light janitorial duties when necessary - teamwork makes the dream work.

• •Promote the Program: Support recruitment and enrollment efforts to spread the word about Head Start.
• •Prioritize Safety : Ensure a safe environment for everyone, every step of the way.

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• •Must be 18 years or older.
• •High school diploma/GED and/or relevant experience.
• •CPR and First Aid Certified - or ready to get certified.
• •Food Safety Certification - or the willingness to get certified within 3 months.
