What You'll Do

• •Source and engage healthcare professionals across the US
• •Build and manage candidate pipelines
• •Screen, qualify, and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey
• •Coordinate onboarding and compliance processes
• •Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful placements

What We're Looking For

• ✔ 6+ months of US Healthcare Recruitment experience
• ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• ✔ Experience sourcing through job boards, social media, and databases
• ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• ✔ Willingness to work US shifts from the office
